Terms of Use

This document sets out the terms that apply when you use this website, enquire about products, or place orders through me as an official independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador. All official Tropic Skincare policies also apply.

1. My Role
I am an independent authorised distributor for Tropic Skincare Limited. I do not have the authority to make binding legal commitments on behalf of Tropic Skincare Limited, and they accept no liability for actions or promises I make outside of official guidance.

This website is my personal project — it is not operated by, or an official part of, Tropic Skincare Limited.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders I accept are subject to stock availability and full payment.

• All payments are processed securely via Tropic Skincare Limited — I do not handle or store your card or payment details myself.

• Delivery to your chosen Tropic Experience Host usually takes 7–10 working days from when I place your order, once payment has been confirmed.

3. Cancellation Rights
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it — just send me a written email notice to do so.

• If you cancel, any payment you have made will be refunded to you within 30 days.

• You will need to arrange and pay for returning the products to me or directly to Tropic Skincare.

• Please keep items you intend to return in good condition. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully happy with your order, or an item has a manufacturing fault:

• You can return unused, unopened items to me or Tropic Skincare within 30 days of delivery.

• Tropic Skincare will check the product and offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement.

• This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

5. Complaints
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact me first — I will do my best to help resolve it. If I am unable to assist fully, you can reach out to Tropic Skincare directly:

6. Data Protection & Privacy
I take your privacy very seriously:

• I will only use your personal details to process your order, handle enquiries, or send you updates you have explicitly agreed to receive.

• I will never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.

• Your data may be shared with Tropic Skincare Limited and trusted partners strictly where necessary to fulfil your order, or to comply with legal obligations.

• You can ask to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting me at hello@happihygge.com.

• All data is stored securely, and I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

 

7. Affiliate Disclosure
When you shop through my official Tropic website or order directly with me, Tropic Skincare pays me a small commission — this comes at no extra cost to you, and helps support this website and the free guidance I share.

8. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time — the latest version will always be posted on this page.
