What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB, and UnionPay.
When will I be charged?
Your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as you place your HappiHygge's order.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. During busier periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be fully processed and shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you can't find your country contact us and we will be happy to help.
What shipping company/carrier do you use?
In order to provide affordable shipping rates, we use a variety of reliable carriers depending on the destination. The shipping companies which we work with include: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL and UPS couriers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times are typically 2–3 days for UK orders, depending on your shipping zone. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery for more details.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Additionally, you can see the status of your order by logging in to your account.
Can I make changes to my address or order after I've placed my order?
We will do our best to amend your order. However, changes can only be made if it has not yet been processed. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days from the estimated delivery date, and we will offer a solution.
What happens if I reject the delivery?
Rejected shipments are returned and disposed of. A new order must be placed at your expense.
What if I didn’t pick up my package?
Unclaimed packages may be returned due to the reasons:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Recipient Rejection

Undeliverable to the provided address (e.g., PO boxes or military addresses)

Unclaimed shipments at customs

Unclaimed shipments at the courier's pick-up point

Recipient unavailable during delivery attempt
If this happens, no refunds are issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection. You will be charged for the new order.
If the return reason is other than an incorrect address or recipient rejection, you can place a new order and contact us — We'll investigate and refund the product cost for the new order, but shipping costs still apply.
