Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at HappiHygge. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
1. 14-Day Free Return Guarantee
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Items must not show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting us via the Contact Form or by email at order@happihygge.com.

We may request photos, videos, or additional information to help process your return

All returns must be sent using a registered or recorded delivery service that requires a signature

Please retain your proof of postage in case your return is lost in transit
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in saleable condition and match their original delivery state.

Sealed Products: If an item has a sealed package, it must remain unopened and intact to qualify for a refund.

Unsealed Products: Items without sealed packaging must not show any signs of use or damage.
We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if packaging is damaged or incomplete.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, HappiHygge will cover return shipping costs

If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or ordering error), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened beauty and skincare products

Personal care items

Hair accessories

Jewellery

Tights and socks

Underwear and swimwear without hygiene seals

Perishable goods (food and beverages)

6. Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
To be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn and unaltered

Original tags and labels must remain attached

Items must be free from perfume, odors, stains, or marks

Shoes must be tried on indoors only. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned intact.
7. Food & Beverage Returns
If food or beverages arrive damaged, leaking, or faulty, we will issue a refund.
Due to public safety regulations, opened food and drinks cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
After confirmation, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Partial Refunds
Full refunds may not be issued if:

Packaging is damaged or incomplete

Free gifts are not returned

Only part of an order is returned
10. Lost or Incorrect Returns
We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without valid proof of postage.
If you accidentally return the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Due to storage limitations, we cannot guarantee recovery or compensation.
11. Fair Use Policy
To maintain a fair shopping environment, we reserve the right to review abnormal return activity. This will not affect legitimate customer rights.
12. Returned Shipments
Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:
Wrong Address
If the address provided is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment may be returned and safely disposed of. To receive your items, you will need to place a new order at your own cost.
Rejected by the Recipient
If you reject the shipment at delivery, it may be returned and disposed of safely. A new order will need to be placed at your own expense.
Unclaimed Shipments
If you are unavailable to receive your order, it may be held at a local collection point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender. In such cases:
